Abstract

Synchronization is an important factor used in determining the amount of conveyance by means of unloading of the production target. The aim of this study was to determine the factors and obstacles that cause failure to achieve production targets and make efforts to increase working time and to find harmony between the tool fit with the means of conveyance. The method used is direct observations in the field as for the data that is needed is the Cycle Time tool ankut the unloading tool is then processed to dikethui macth factor loading tool with means of conveyance. Results of the calculation of the amount of tool load and conveyance does not have harmony in the work of loading and transportation activities, as "macth factor" of 0.43 or less than one, in which the tool unloading work less efficiently (a lot of idle time). While busy conveyance, thus, need to increase conveyance into four units so that the matching between these two devices (synchronous), because both work at 100% efficiency and value MF = 1.0. The addition of 2 units of the instrument can be done if desired maximum production per day. Conclusion of results and discussion of the factors that fit the tool works less efficiently stout idle time and busy ankut tool so macth factor of 0.43 out of sync it is necessary to increase 2 to 4 units conveyances so in sync
