ANALISIS KESERASIAN ALAT MEKANIS (MATCH FACTOR) UNTUK PENINGKATAN PRODUKTIVITAS

The production equipment in mining operations is a means of important production to achieve the production targets which has been specified by the company. The purpose of this study was to increase the work production of loading and transport equipment in mining front at Wumbubangka Village North Rarowatu Subdistrict Bombana District. The method used was direct research in which the researcher involved the production activities. The data required in this research was the cycle time data of the loading and transport equipment, the fill factor data and the work efficiency of loading and transport equipment, the swell factor data, the specifications of loading and transport equipment. From the results of the research can be discovered the production capability determined by the calculation of 116 tonnes/hour or 928 tonnes/day for 7 work hours provided with match factor value of 0.30. The production target not achieved only produced 928 tonnes/day from the production target of 1500 tonnes/day. The factors affecting the productivity are the dusty road conditions, the harmony of loading and transport equipment was not quite perfect, and the number of bucket loading. In conclusion, based on the results showed that the increase in production can be done by improving the transport road by watering the dusty roads, the harmony of loading and transport equipment can increase by the addition of the number of bucket loading.
