ANALISIS BIAYA PELEDAKAN PADA PROSES PEMBONGKARAN BATUGAMPING PT. SEMEN BOSOWA MAROS PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstract

Blasting is an activity of the separation of rock from its parent rock material to be a certain size making it easier for the next production and optimization of the production of a blasting activities not only in terms of the technical aspects only, but should also consider the economic aspects / costs. This research activity aims to determine how much the cost of blasting in the process of dismantling limestone. The types of data that must be obtained consist of data rates blasting equipment and supplies explosives. For data collection was done by conducting interviews and direct observation to the field, especially regarding the cost of blasting activities The results of calculation of the cost of blasting for 30 day is Rp. 507,389,850 with the number of blast holes as much as 2,011 holes and the number of exposed rock that is 275,447 ton.The average cost of blasting for 30 day is Rp. 16,912,995 with the number of blast holes as much as 67 holes and the number of exposed rock that is 9,182 ton. Production target of blasting applied by the company is 12,000 ton, but the results of the calculation do not achieve the desired targets.
