Estimasi sumberdaya nikel laterit di PT Anugrah Harisma Barakah Kecamatan Kabaena Selatan Kabupaten Bombana Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara

Laterite nickel deposits are ore resulting from the weathering process of ultramafic rocks that exist above the surface of the earth. The purpose of this assessment is to find out the spread of laterite nickel levels in the research area to find out the amount of laterite nickel reserves using Inverse Distance Weighting Method because the technical decisions associated with the activity of mining are dependent on the number of resources and the spread of ore.The backup calculation method used in this study is the inverse distance weight (IDW) method at PT Anugrah Harisma Barakah. Along with the development of technology, this backup assessment method can be modified with surpac software 6.6.2. Modeling is based on the concept of the block model divided into small blocks that get detailed levels and the size of the block used is the dimensional shape x,y,z (25 m x 25 m x 2 m) witha 50 meter testpit point distance. The study obtained an average nilele rate of 1.30% with the spread of nickel to the east of the mining area with a total reserve of  1,204, 350 tons.
