Mining activity by using underground mining method depends heavily on the success of the process of extracting that rock. The purpose of this study was to determine drilling efficiency and blasting underground mining and drilling efficiency and heading progress in 1 round. Observations and data collection that includes drill patern, blasting geometry, specifications explosive, drill and blast equipment, using of explosives, drilling equipment. Average actual drilling obtained during field observation amounted to 2,986 meter. The average heading progress obtained in 1 round of blasting amounted to 2,876 meters with the percentage of progress heading for 96% of the average actual of drilling depth. Drilling efficiency obtained during field observations amounted to 85.44%.
