Abstract

Tujuan: Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja yang masih terjadi pada proses produksi di departemen refined carrageenan PT. Biota Laut Ganggang

Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan: menganalisa proses produksi, mengidentifikasi risiko yang dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja serta mengetahui penyebab terjadinya risiko tersebut. Kemudian membuat solusi perbaikan pada risiko yang ditemukan dengan menggunakan metode Health Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (HFMEA).

Temuan/Hasil: Dari 48 kegiatan sub proses terdapat 40 kegiatan yang memiliki potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja dan ada 8 kegiatan yang tidak memiliki bahaya kecelakaan kerja.

Dampak: Penelitian ini berdampak pada proses identifikasi risiko pada proses produksi perusahaan.

Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi risiko kecelakaan kerja pada proses produksi departemen refine carragenan PT. Biota Laut Ganggang dengan menggunakan metode Health Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (HFMEA) didaptkan 40 kegiatan pada sub proses yang berpotensi terjadi bahaya dengan mengidentifikasi penyebab bahaya tersebut dan efek luka yang di timbulkan pada beberapa anggota tubuh.
