Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan.

Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis varians yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software SmartPLS v4.0.

Temuan/Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui keselamatan kerja positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, dengan hasil original sample, nilai Tstatistic dan nilai Pvalue yang didapatkan lebih besar dari nilai table yang menyatakan bahwa keselamatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan kuat terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.

Dampak: Penelitian ini berdampak pada produktivitas karyawan dengan mempertimbangkan aktivitas Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja.

Kesimpulan: Hasil dari analisis PLS dihasilkan bahwa bahwa semakin baik kesehatan kerja, maka semakin tinggi tingkat produktivitas karyawan, karena Kesehatan kerja yang bagus dan memuaskan akan menjadi faktor utama keberhasilan perusahaan dalam pencapaian tujuan.
